[Auscope-geosciml] GeoSciML v2.x UML ready for FullMoon [SEC=UNCLASSIFIED]

Hi all,

I have updated the sequenceNumbers and scope notes in v2.x shearDisplacementStructure (Action #26 from Quebec - https://www.seegrid.csiro.au/twiki/bin/view/CGIModel/Quebec2009ModelDesignTaskGroupAgenda). As this is the only change we made to v2.0 for the OneGeologyEurope group, I think it is now ready for FullMoon processing into a v2.1 schema (Action #25 from Quebec).  Please let me know if this is not the case.
