[auscope-geosciml] Age properties of GeologicEvent

I can't recall the discussion on this but I don't think they should be mandatory - you will not always have both a numeric age and a term range age. Ideally what you want is (youngerNamedAge and olderNamedAge) and/or numericAgeDate. In version 2 this was handled by eventAge being mandatory, but eventAge could be either numeric or term.
