[auscope-geosciml] Vocabulary service / uri resolver, for CGI 201001

I'm working on moving to these new URIs for the tesbed 4 service I notice
that many contain underscores as per the original URNs. Eg:

http://srvgeosciml.brgm.fr/uri-cgi/classifier/CGI/SimpleLithology/201001/alkali_feldspar_granite

When working on the original HTTP-URI proposal I found a number of warnings
against using underscores in URIs as they can cause technical problems, eg
some web servers truncate URIs they receive at _s. See
link<https://www.seegrid.csiro.au/twiki/bin/view/CGIModel/PersistentIdentifiersInGeoSciMLServicesDiscussion#CGI_URI_Scheme>.
Can we change these to '-'s to mitigate against this?

http://srvgeosciml.brgm.fr/uri-cgi/classifier/CGI/SimpleLithology/201001/alkali-feldspar-granite

Cheers
Alistair
