[Auscope-geosciml] Values taken in litterature

I just got this case. I need to deliver a description of a EarthMaterial with a value for porosity taken from litterature (a table of typical values of porosities per rock types). We already discussed the need for a link from a property to its Observation base (something that is slated for GML 4 if I understand correctly), but is there a mechanism to tag metadata to a property ? I don't think that picking a value from a book is an "Observation".

EarthMaterial has metadata (0..1) but it's for the whole material. Is it something that we should add to CGI_Value ?
