OK. Hopefully we can get away with changing the 2.1.1 tag as it's only been up for a week?

  The 2.1.1 with the 2.1.1 namespaces will not technically be a x.x.x
release because it won't be backward compatible with 2.1.0. Maybe have
to actually change the tag?
