	Honestly, I did not read it yet.  It just has been proposed as a solution to
	"ugly" URI in the WaterML 2.0.

	My reading of the CURIE doco suggests that you still have to build a CURIE
	resolver (like a URN resolver) to be able to get to the real data.  I
	thought that was one of the attractions of using URLs (sorry HTTP-URIs) -
	you don't need to build your own resolver because all web client
	applications already resolve URLs.
