Yes, but I'd rather wait a bit until we have a few more instance documents submitted by Testbedders so we can also incorporate any other fixes identified in the Testbed.  To date there is only one testbed instance document in the svn repository (https://www.seegrid.csiro.au/subversion/GeoSciML/branches/3.0.0_rc2/instances).

Now that the SWECommon v2 schemas are available, I am replacing SWEC v1 with SWEC v2 in the trunk GeoSciML v3 uml model.  At the moment, the SWEC v2 uml model is only available from the OGC Portal and you need to get an OGC Portal subversion username/password to import it into Enterprise Architect using the HollowWorld architecture.  I hope that this is not going to create too much of a problem for anyone who wants to use the GeoSciML trunk model from now on.
