[auscope-geosciml] GeoSciML-portrayal source mandatory on Contact [SEC=UNCLASSIFIED]

Good point.
As far as I'm concerned the GML3.1 schema that Alistair produced was
working fine apart from the source cardinality.
This latest version has a different namespace to the one Alistair produced
and is GML 3.2. I can live with the namespace change, but not the GML3.2
change.

Hang on, GSML Portrayal is a gml3.1 schema.
Alistair and I manually edited the original (incorrect) GML3.2 schema to
be GML3.1 as best we could while Francois was away - we weren't 100% sure
that we got it perfectly right. Do we need to just get Francois to do a
FullMoon-GML3.1 run for us?

Bruce, this is a GML 3.2.1 schema. Please use outputFormat=gml32 to
obtain a WFS 2.0 FeatureCollection with wfs:member from GeoServer.
