Hi all,
Indeed I support the IWG holding the Task Groups meeting around the IGC34.

The Canberra option is fine by me (and one I could guarantee attending). 

An alternative may be at GNSS in New Zealand.  This would have the added 
advantage of further involving NZ who are already a key player in the 
OneGeology project.

Sorry to bother everyone with matters so far away, but I would like to 
confirm that we plan to have a CGI/IWG/GeoSciML meeting around the 
International Geological Congress in Brisbane in August 2012?  I would 
like to offer Geoscience Australia in Canberra as a venue for any pre- or 
post-congress meeting (or we could organise something in Brisbane if the 
Canberra winter scares you).  I just need to know so I can let my 
superiors know of likely budget requirements for hosting the meeting at my 
end.
