[GeoSciML] GeoSciML standards working group [SEC=UNCLASSIFIED]

Ah, yes. You have to sign up as an observer before the GeoSciML SWG shows up on your list of Active Projects. Check now and you should see it in the list. 

For those of you don't see the GeoSciML SWG in you list of active projects at to https://portal.opengeospatial.org/?m=projects&tab=3
Go to https://portal.opengeospatial.org/?m=public&orderby=default&tab=6, and click on GeoSciML SWG in the list of Standards Working Groups to get and sign the observer aggrement.  Then you should be able to access the SWG pages.
