[GeoSciML] GeologicCollection - metadata

Has the metadata property which used to exist for the GSML collection feature in GeoSciML v3.2 been deliberately dropped from v4 or is it an oversight? Going through the cookbook for mapping the INSPIRE geology data specification to GeoSciML, a number of the attributes required by the INSPIRE geology data specification (beginLifespanVersion, endLifespanVersion and reference) were encoded inside this property in GeoSciML.
