[GeoSciML] Use of gml:metaDataProperty

If metaDataProperty element is sufficient for your purposes, I would actually just use it, even if it is deprecated. It is not going to go away. If you want stricter schema control over the metadata content, you should specify your own metadata properties in the application schema.
